In this work, I stylized tree lichens that I photographed, which I collect along with other organic patterns to create something new. I reduced their complex forms to a single line and transformed them into a simplified digital pattern — a code. This material became the basis for a video, which I projected onto a photograph printed by Nagisa Yokoyama on transparent textile. The photograph was taken by the Japanese artist in a fully artificially restored forest in Japan, which had been destroyed in the past due to a natural disaster.
